Today's Inspiration:
The Christian life must be a purposeful life. Our heart, mind and soul are to be dedicated to the will of God. Daniel 1:8 "But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself". Although Daniel had all the opportunity to defile himself, he chose to live a dedicated life. Today, who is the master of your mind and heart? Do you glorify God in your thoughts and actions? Today, we challenge you to rededicate your life to the will of God. Romans 12:1-2 says, "I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect. "

Proverbs 4:23 "Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life."
Daily Fitness Challenge
Level 1 Goal: 30 minutes- 12 burpees, 15 sumo squats, 15 toe tap sit ups, 15 triceps dips, 30-second plank, 20-minute walk
Level 2 Goal: 30 minutes- (Complete Level 1, add the following goals):
15 minutes running, 10 minutes cycling, 5 minutes upper body strength training (dumbbells)
Daily Food Tip
Eating alone (in front of computer or TV) often leads to overeating. Eat your meals with others and switch off the electronics.
